Great ride today – I was happy with my result.   This route was a long flat hill, averaged a 5% incline to the peak around the 5.5 mile mark.   A relatively flat finish which enabled me to stay in the 20th gear for most of it.

Going to try to increase the number of rides from three per week to four per week… let’s see if I can hack it!
