1 lb. to 1 1/2 lbs. Steak (like Rib Eye)
6 Rolls (Grinder Rolls)
1/2 lb. Provolone Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tbsp. chopped garlic
1/2 medium Onion diced
1 Container of fresh mushrooms sliced
1 medium green pepper sliced
2 to 3 tbsp oil

* Slice steak into thin strips
* heat oil in large frying pan
* add ALL of your cut up veggies into frying pan. Cook veggies until almost tender then add steak. Also add garlic and salt & pepper.
* Once the steak and veggies are cooked, slice the rolls and place 2 slices of cheese in each roll.
* add steak and veggies to each roll
* wrap grinders in tin foil and heat in oven @ 350 degrees F until cheese is melted (10 to 15 minutes)
