Plum BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups chopped plums about 6
- 1 cup katsup
- 1/4 cup finely chopped shallot
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and cook until plums are fully cooked and soft
- Let cool a bit before transferring ingredients to a blender, then blend until smooth.
