Pepperoni Bread

HOT ROLL MIX (prepare as directed, don’t let rise) OR 1 lb. any dough
3/4 lb. sliced pepperoni
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. mozzerella cheese, grated
4 eggs beaten w/parsley

1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Roll dough out into large square
3. Spread pepperoni on dough then spread both cheeses on pepperoni
4. Drizzle egg mixture on cheese
5. Fold sides in to middle then in half, crimp edges
6. Brush with egg mixture
7. Put on cookie sheet

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes
