Corn Souffle
James' favorite side dish 🙂
Ingredients
- 1 can whole corn strained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Pour into 1.5 quart casserole
- Bake at 350 deg f for 1 hour
