Corn Souffle

Total Time 1 hour 10 minutes
Servings 6

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can whole corn strained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Pour into 1.5 quart casserole
  • Bake at 350 deg f for 1 hour
