2 pkgs of crescent rolls
1/4 lb each of:
Genoa salami
Large size pepperoni
Swiss cheese
Provolone cheese
Mozzarella cheese
1 medium size jar roasted red peppers
1 egg
1/4 c parmesan cheese, black pepper


Spray 9 x13 pan with Pam, spread 1 pkg crescent rolls in pan. Alternate with
layers of meat and cheese. Add roasted red peppers. Beat egg, parmesan and
black pepper, spread over layers reserving part of egg mixture, top with 2nd
pkg of rolls and spread remaining egg mixture on top. Bake 350 for 30 min.
Let cool and cut in squares. Enjoy!
